Based on the agreement between Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program and Emerald Publishing that aims to establish a scientific and research platform. This platform includes academic studies and researches showing how the impact of implementing GEM on the government entities’ performance and published through three open access journals: International Journal of Future Government; International Journal of Excellence in Government; and International Journal of Disruptive Innovation in Government.
